Workforce One-Stop 2012 - the New NATCONWorkforce One-Stop 2012 is a rebranding of previous conferences focusing on workforce training and career development (such as NATCON; Workforce Development and Learning; etc.).
Our objective is to broaden the focus and to take a more inclusive look at what we need to consider for the workforce of the future. That includes (for example) diversity, inclusiveness, generational issues, engaging the aboriginal workforce, looking at the skill shortages and skill gaps, etc. All important topics and issues that will be addresses at Workforce One-Stop 2012.
