Overview

This major conference will bring together over 500 leaders representing business, labour, practitioners and policy makers from across Canada to address the latest in career development and workforce learning programs and practices.

Attendance at this 2.5-day event affords an exceptional opportunity to hear about issues relating to career development and workforce learning issues including labour market information, mentoring, career path choices, skilled trades, workplace learning, recruitment, retaining talent and leadership development.

Participants will hear from experts about how to improve and enhance career development information and services, build capacity in their workplace or sector and improve labour market outcomes.
